Whole 30 – Day 24

Day 24

Breakfast: Pumpkin pecan squares x2 and a slice of bacon

Lunch: Leftover mushroom soup topped with chicken, and sloppy joe with spaghetti squash

Snack: Chipotle Sea Snax (they were HOT)

Dinner: Nom Nom Paleo’s bacon and apple smothered pork (I used tenderloin instead of pork chops) which was a big hit with the fam. Also made Bacon and apple braised cabbage and broccoli mashed potatoes (boiled Yukon gold potatoes, added broccoli to last 5 minutes, drained and returned to pot, added 1T ghee, 1/4c almond milk, salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste and mashed)

Prepped for tomorrow: Chorizo and sun-dried tomato frittata
