Day 17

Breakfast: 1 slice Broccoli/Bacon/Tomato frittata and 2 turkey sausage links, honeydew melon/mango

Lunch: Leftover Duck over arugula tossed with Tessemae’s balsamic and my fig sauce

Snack: 1/2 bottle coconut water

Dinner: Baked Cod with Mango Avocado Salsa and Roasted Asparagus

Gym: 1 hour Zumba
