Whole 30 – Day 12


Normally we eat these chicken patties with pickeled cucumber but since no added sugars are allowed, I decided to forego the cucumbers and make an Asian inspired dressing instead. Will definitely be putting this dressing in the rotation!

Day 11

Breakfast: Two Taco Tuesday Tortas and a cup of coffee

Lunch: Lamb with salsa, plantain chips, string beans/mushrooms and an artichoke

Snack: Pistachios, Dang coconut chips

Dinner: Asian chicken patties over mixed greens, tomatoes, red bell pepper, scallions, avocado and an awesome Asian inspired vinegarette (recipe below) and roasted cauliflower.

Gym: 1 hr (Spin class and weights on the bosu ball)

Asian Inspired Vinegarette Recipe

Add the following ingredients to an empty glass dressing bottle and shake:

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1t Dijon mustard
  • 1t coconut aminos
  • 1/2t sesame oil
  • 1T extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of one small orange (I used a small naval orange)
