Whole 30 – Day 6

I found two different whole 30 approved smoked salmon at Whole Foods.  Steve and I decided to do a side by side taste test at breakfast to see which one we liked better.  We both preferred the Whole Catch Wild Alaskan Sockeye better (pics included for reference).

Thankfully, Brianna had her swim lesson today at the gym.  It definitely helps me get there, which they say is half the battle.  I took a one hour Zumba class and am feeling pretty good.

Day 6

Breakfast: Smoked salmon x2, eggs with hot sauce, 1 piece of bacon, mashed avocado, some strawberries and a cup of much needed coffee

Lunch: Picked at the rest of the Epic chicken jerky and some plantain chips since it was a busy day

Snack: None

Dinner: Peruvian style chicken  and a salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, artichoke hearts topped with lemon/evoo/Dijon/s&p) followed by pineapple/cantaloupe/mango
