Paleo Peach Cobbler

After going peach picking with the kids, we came home with two bags of peaches.  This peach cobbler is a great way to use peaches in a dessert that is both paleo and family friendly. paleo peach cobbler


  • 2 lb peaches, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 c almond flour
  • 1/2 c pecans
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 2 T butter, softened
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • 1/2 t vanilla


  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Place peaches in 8×8 baking dish
  • Place all other ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined
  • Sprinkle topping over peaches
  • Bake for 40 min or until topping is lightly toasted

If not keeping paleo, this is great served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
